Marc was very honest about what to expect when we asked him to provide us for an estimate for a simple removal of an old bathroom exhaust fan pipe in the attic & sealing the opening of the vent on the roof. He provided us with a very competitive quote and was very responsive when answering our questions by text. He was very professional and respectful. He removed his shoes before heading upstairs to the attic & took care to dispose of the old dryer vent & insulation he removed from the attic once the opening of the old bathroom exhaust fan vent was sealed on the roof. He patched up the existing opening with plywood and didn’t reopen the existing high quality shingles we had that were well sealed , as to avoid causing any issues. He also sealed the vent opening on the roof with high quality shingles. He was also the only other individual (out of all the insulation contractors & inspectors we had come take a look for free quotes) to inform us that we had an insulated dryer connected to other bathroom exhaust fan pipe which is leaking , and not the correct pipe (a flex one).
